Experience
Our Principal, Jordan Damewood, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University. Long before that, his career began with a summer job at his cousin’s residential construction company at age-14. Before graduating high school, he had the opportunity to work in various trades from wood framing, to custom cabinetry, to concrete flatwork. During college he gained hands-on experience in project management, working numerous internships on US Army Corps of Engineers projects at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. Since graduating from college he has worked extensively in the industry, in the Federal, State, Education, Heavy Civil, Insurance Restoration, Infrastructure, and Department of Transportation markets.
